As a seasoned Wall Street executive, what advice do you have for a recently on-ramped mid-career women (and mom of 3 under 8 yrs.) who has only worked in (management consulting roles) for and with Wall Street clients? I recently worked at Goldman and my department was a part of the lay-offs a few weeks ago. I am very interested in a career shift and could use pointers. Thanks.
